If you are serving as a Board or Committee Member this year, please plan to attend this important planning meeting in the 1984 Board Room in the 1984 Bldg on Piedmont Atlanta Hospital Campus. We will be discussing and making decisions regarding the upcoming Auxiliary year, and your ideas and input are an important part of the process.
This meeting is for Board and Committee Members only, and we look forward to working together as we prepare for a successful year ahead.

Luminaria
Join us in our mission to help Piedmont Oncology in the fight against cancer. Terye Trevitt, Ann Rankin Cowan, Dana Miller and Kathryn Brown are representing the Auxiliary as members of the Host Committee. This year we are partnering with the Foundation to help Piedmont Oncology in their fight against cancer. Additional information will be provided at our Kick Off Meeting on September 30th. General Meeting & Fall Luncheon
Please join us for our General Meeting and Fall Luncheon at the Cochise Clubhouse! This special afternoon is being planned by our wonderful Co-Chairs, Nancy Ray and Sandy Snead, and promises to be a memorable event.
We'll celebrate our volunteers, recognize hour milestone achievements, vote for our Nominating Committee members, and enjoy a delicious catered luncheon. Plus, don't miss your chance to win one of two beautiful gift baskets created by our talented Gift Shop Managers, Felicia Brown and Gail Goldberg.
We hope you'll join us for an afternoon of friendship, celebration, and fun!
Deck the Halls
Join our House & Grounds Chairman, Katherine Reed, as we transform Piedmont Atlanta for the holidays! Help spread holiday cheer by decorating the hospital and creating a warm, festive welcome for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Light refreshments will be provided, and friends are always welcome—bring someone along and make it part of your holiday tradition!
Holiday Brunch
Kick off the holiday season with one of our favorite Auxiliary traditions! Co-Chairs Karen Benton and Stephanie Langford are planning a wonderful Holiday Brunch filled with festive cheer, great company, and plenty of holiday spirit.
Enjoy a delicious catered brunch buffet as we celebrate the season together. The location will be announced soon, so save the date and plan to join us for a joyful morning with friends as we welcome the most wonderful time of the year!
Spring Board & Committee Meeting
If you are serving as a Board or Committee Member this year, please plan to join us for our year-end meeting at the Swan Coach House as we celebrate another successful Auxiliary year and thank everyone for their hard work and dedication.
During the meeting, we'll review the year's accomplishments, approve the proposed 2027–2028 budget, and unveil the 2027–2028 Slate of Officers. This meeting is for Board and Committee Members only, and we hope you'll join us as we wrap up the year and look ahead to another exciting one.
Brunch will be served at this event.
General Meeting & Spring Celebration
We're changing things up this year! Join us at the beautiful Ansley Golf Club for our Spring General Meeting, planned by Co-Chairs Marti Blincoe, Susan Flood, Susan Goger, and BeLinda Parks.
We'll install our 2027–2028 officers, celebrate another successful year, and proudly present this year's donation to Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. With our 70th Birthday Celebration taking place on May 22, we've traded our traditional cocktail party for this special gathering—and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

70th Birthday Celebration
Our 70th Birthday Celebration is already in the works! Ann Rankin Cowan, one of our Special Project Co-Chairmen, is hard at work planning a special evening to honor the Piedmont Atlanta Hospital Auxiliary and celebrate the remarkable impact our volunteers have made over the past 70 years.
The location and exciting event details will be unveiled at our Kick Off Meeting on September 30th, so be sure to join us—you won't want to miss this milestone celebration!

The Auxiliary of Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is extending an invitation to support and attend their inaugural Piedmont Promise Party – You’ve Gotta Have Heart to be held on February 22, 2025 at the Atlanta History Center. This year’s Piedmont Promise Party will benefit Piedmont Heart Institute’s Women’s Heart Program.

What Should I Tell My Daughter?
This free event is hosted by the Atlanta Breast Care founder Bill Barber, MD, and a panel of experts who will provide the knowledge & support you need to confidently guide your loved ones in understanding the vital role that heart-healthy exercise & balanced nutrition play in prevention & overall well being. Additionally, you’ll learn about the hereditary factors of breast cancer, chemoprevention & prophylactic surgery.

Stronger Together Event
Breast Cancer Awareness Month, held in October every year, was created in 1985 to promote screening and prevention of the disease which affects one in eight women in the United States annually and 2.3 million women worldwide.
During October, we conduct our Stronger Together campaign which supports the Doris Shaheen Breast Health Center at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. Please help us continue this tradition of gratitude to, and support of, the Doris Shaheen Breast Health Center which provides such a vital service to our community.
